Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. Hairpins & Scissors is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
