It's been a minute since our last H&S Edit post, so we're easing back in with something worth the wait: an introduction to Michaela, our Guest Coordinator, someone you may already have talked to if you've booked with us lately.
Michaela, Guest Coordinator
Michaela is the friendly voice you hear when you call to book, and the first face you see when you walk through the door. As Guest Coordinator, her job is making sure that part of your visit is as easy and warm as the service itself, from finding you the right appointment time to making sure you're taken care of the moment you arrive.
Booking with a new salon or a new stylist can feel like a lot of small decisions. Michaela's there to take those off your plate: matching you with the right stylist, answering questions about services, and helping you figure out what to book if you're not sure.
